Birds is a participatory digital artwork. The system holds 100 Birds, 100 Homes, and a set of Sanctuaries, together with the people who keep them and those who observe them. Birds debuted via livestream from a Los Angeles soundstage, where physical, digital, social, and onchain spaces let viewers, caretakers, and the internet participate in the same living system. The installation continues on birds.app. Live Soundscape by Alexey Seliverstov.
